Mindful Meditation

Thoughts change moods, and that changes how we feel emotionally and physically.  Practising regular Mindfulness meditations can help people cope with these unusual times, meet new challenges, create a sense of calm or contentment and reduce anxiety. this in turn can improve mood, creating a virtuous circle.

These videos explain Mindfulness meditations and give you access to this emotional and physical boost.  


Three formats are available to you: selected free videos, regular Live Sessions and audio recordings that you can download from the Meditation tab.  Practices are split into lighter and deepening practices.

This is a supportive and nurturing environment to help you develop your own Mindfulness practice, gain confidence in managing different situations, and nurture your wellbeing.

I am qualified through the Oxford Mindfulness Centre as a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy instructor and a teacher of Mindfulness in the Workplace.  I have delivered 6 and 8 week MBCT Courses to the NHS, to private companies and privately in my own New Forest Retreats studio.  I hold weekly online sessions for corporate clients and deliver open drop in Mindful meditation sessions at Lime Wood `hotel in Lyndhurst.  I also run private retreats.

If you are experiencing mild stress, anxiety, recurrent depression or feel generally “dissatisfied” with life, a mindfulness course could help you develop skills to better respond to the ‘ups and downs’ of everyday living.
